Shipping

  • We ship CDs from West Virginia to addresses in the United States and Canada.
  • The shipping price is shown at checkout, before you pay.
  • We send your order within 5 business days. When it ships, we email you the carrier and a tracking number.
  • Orders to Canada can be charged customs, duties or taxes by the carrier when they arrive. Those charges are the buyer’s and are not included in the price you pay us.
  • If something looks wrong with your address, we will email you before we ship.
  • When local pickup is offered, it appears at checkout with the place and instructions, and we email you when your order is ready.

Digital downloads

  • The download is the fourteen songs as MP3 files. Every CD includes it too.
  • Your downloads appear on your order page as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we email you the link to that page.
  • Your order page and your confirmation email say how long downloads stay available.
  • If you lose the link, enter your order number and email on the order page and we will send it again.
  • The files are for your own listening. Please don’t share, copy or resell them.

Returns and refunds

  • If your CD arrives damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
  • A download can’t be returned, so it can be refunded only if you haven’t downloaded any of the songs yet. If a file doesn’t work, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank. We email you when a refund has been issued.
  • To ask for a refund or a replacement, email allen@dreamsmusic.studio with your order number. For anything else, write to us and we will do our best to make it right.
